What guests loved:
Exceptional service and location. Several standout experiences with individual staff members along with delivering a very high overall standard.
Areas for improvement:
Actually driving to the hotel in the center was an ordeal. Directions had been changed due to a road closure and you have to drive through several pedestrian streets in a ZTL and limited street signs.
